The first step are already done, we continue our path!
We gathered a lot of inputs form our previous meetings from real people working in the real world.

Every partner collected their own insights from events like the Storytelling Session, where we let people from today draw their stories , for others to see and support tomorrow!

Now it’s time to get together and put everything to the test at our LTTA in Athens.

Y‑CARE (https://y-careproject.eu) is a new Erasmus+ project that supports youth workers and social educators in their work, counseling, and training activities across Europe. Y-CARE provides practical tools, training and opportunities for networking. Its goal is to promote mental health, reduce stress, and strengthen digital skills.

The main focus areas are: research and needs assessment / trainings & workshops / local awareness-raising activities in 6 EU countries / development of interactive e-learning modules / peer-support sessions & networking.

What’s the focus of this event?
Together, in an open setting, we want to:

• share personal stories about mental health challenges in everyday youth work

• gain insights into needs and challenges from practice

• share YOUR heros journey

Your perspective matters to us – together we want to develop concrete steps for strengthening resilience in your professional everyday life.
